What do we need in turbulent times? We need hope, we need confidence and we need options. The RealHumanBeing philosophy is a language of likeability that allows us to break through self-imposed barriers and achieve personal and financial success. Companies, associations, non-profits use RHB to knock down internal silos, reinforce client relationships and increase sales through word of mouth and reputation.

Dave is a Leader, a Motivator, and a Teacher. In a 25 year career that has included Canadian naval officer, commercial driver, pharmaceutical sales manager (Hoescht Marion Roussel, GenSci OCF) and corporate executive (Sciax Technology, the MAGNES Group), Dave has managed and trained sales forces in a variety of industries. His entertaining and educational presentations on sales (No Selling Please), networking (Knocking Down Silos) and speaking (Selling the Story) have left thousands of audience members fired up and motivated. Dave also helps raise money for worthy causes by hosting "Knocking Down Silos" events for the general public. Recent recipients include the Food Bank of Kitchener/Waterloo, Sick Kids Hospital, Sunshine Dreams for Kids, The Queen's University Gift Fund and the BC Cancer Foundation.
The Forum is, and continues to be the premier supplier of education relating to timely and relevant Business issues/concerns of Senior Credit and Financial Personnel.
