Managing Individuals Across Generations

John Chotkowski – Managing Director, Commercial Collection Corporation of New York

John’s presentation will look at how generational differences affect the way we manage individuals within our companies. What are the key differences between the generations in the workplace and how can these differences be recognized and turned to your advantage? Join us for a presentation which breaks it all down.

 

John Chotkowski currently serves as the department head for the third-party collection department of CCC of NY, in addition to his responsibilities as a senior member of the CCC of NY ownership group and a member of the board of directors.  John has been a featured presenter for CCC of NY both in person and through webinars.  John also leads the CCC of NY, new talent onboarding program and has been the co-chair of the CCC of NY, Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) committee.

 

Overview of Fraud Trends

Cherolle Prince – Director, Fraud Consulting, Equifax Canada

Cherolle will be presenting a 2023 overview of fraud trends, specific to consumers but also touching on commercial trends. She will include a discussion of where she sees fraud going this year, and best practices to address and mitigate fraud risk.

Cherolle Prince is a financial crime professional with over 20 years of experience in the Canadian financial industry. She has extensive experience in retail, small business and commercial banking fraud, and was responsible for the development and execution of fraud strategy (Canadian and U.S.) at two major Canadian financial institutions. At Equifax, Cherolle leads a team of analytic consultants that provide data and analytics expertise to help customers solve complex business problems related to fraud.

Having a teaching certification from the Chambre de l’Assurance de Dommage, and having a heartfelt wish to share her knowledge with others, Ms Davy teaches Accredited Trade Credit Insurance courses.
