Karen Doerrie is a seasoned IT professional with over 35 years of experience in various roles such as operations, marketing, sales and leadership. She has worked with global giants like IBM Canada and Arrow Electronics and in the last decade, she has been associated with two IT and Security start-ups. Karen has been recognized with multiple industry awards and is considered a thought leader, change management expert and innovator. Karen is a graduate of Western Ontario and resides in Stouffville, Ontario

Today there is more information available for the credit professional then ever before. This webinar will show you what tools you need to find the credit information you need. You will learn about the pro’s and con’s of buying credit reports, the advantages of being in Industry Trade groups, and discuss how to start a credit analysis. We will discuss where you can find financial information; the web, credit reports, audited financial statements, etc. You will learn how to do a full financial analysis encompassing the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows. You will learn the importance that the notes to the financial statements provide, the auditors opinion and the management and analysis letter.

 

Ron Sereika has a BS in accounting and has completed the three-year Executive Credit and Finance program at Amos Tuck school of business at Dartmouth University. Ron was honored to have received the NACM National Instructor of the Year award in 2010, the National CCE Award of Excellence in 2013 and the Credit Executive of the Year in New York State in 2011. Ron has over thirty-five years’ experience in management, financial analysis, cash forecasting, credit collections and customer service
